Our Story

Oaks Landscaping is a locally owned and operated landscaping company in Hartsville, SC. It was founded in 2014 by Philip Howle, who has over 9+ years of experience in the landscaping industry. In 2021 Philip became a Certified Landscape Professional as recognized in the state of South Carolina. Philip is a hard worker and is passionate about his work. He is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve his landscaping services.

Philip has two young children, Banks and Ellison. He started Oaks Landscaping with the goal of providing a good life for his kids and in hopes to pass his business down to them. He wanted to create a business that would allow him to spend more time with his kids and give them opportunities for more quality time.
